ERICA BELTON

With a background in theatre and theology, Erica Belton focuses on female led and queer stories that challenge stereotypes and perceptions. Recent projects include Sweet Charity, which she directed at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and second unit director for the upcoming short The Monster in the Bed, starring Timothy West and Tracey Ann Oberman.

ALICE UZZAN

Writer

Alice Uzzan is a French writer, composer and translator with a deep interest in bridging cultural gaps through storytelling. She previously collaborated with Belton on queer musical Whatever They Say (2023), which she co-wrote and composed the music for. Her translating work includes Netflix’s Vjeran Tomic: The Spider-Man of Paris, and Culprits on Disney +

CHELSEA KANIA

Executive Producer

Chelsea Kania businessed for many years in silicon valley, where she learned a lot about people and even more about storytelling. Her writing achievements include 2021 Academy Nicholl Semifinalist and 2020 Big Apple Film Festival Winner. Her first films are currently in production, including shorts with award-winning directors Ky Dickens and Chris Turner.

REBECCA PRENTICE

Producer

Rebecca Prentice is an independent producer, dramaturg and facilitator with experience running charities at managerial level, facilitating workshops with community groups and producing highly successful theatre and film. She is passionate about supporting writers and artists through development and into production. She is supported by the Stage One Bursary Scheme for New Producers.

LIBBY MAI

Libby Mai is a theatre and film actress known for The Chelsea Detective (2022), and the award-winning short Make Me a King (2021). She is a graduate of the Royal Central School for Speech and Drama.

SIMON CALLOW

Simon Callow is a director, writer, and actor, known for Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994)Shakespeare in Love (1998) and A Room with a View (1985). He is also an author and biographer of Oscar Wilde, Charles Laughton, Orson Welles, and Richard Wagner, and a Shakespearean scholar.
